At this exhibition, our company exhibited 200 m/min full-auto facial tissue production line and Double-lanes lotion square tissue production line, with efficient and stable performance and exquisite product quality, it has won high praise from customers and facilitated in-depth communication and cooperation negotiations.

 

200 m/min full-auto facial tissue production line adopts an advanced 6-rollers structure and a whole machine servo intelligent control system to ensure stability during high-speed production. The full process automation operation from raw material unwinding, paper folding and forming to packaging reduces manual intervention, effectively improves production efficiency, and ensures the quality of finished products.

Double-lanes lotion square tissue production line adopts a double lanes design, and the production speed is 2-3 times that of the traditional mode. It adopts the central unwinding method, tension sensors, real-time tracking feedback correction to maintain stable tension. The lotion paper does not contact the belt during the unwinding process, which greatly ensures the alignment of the lotion paper edge. The hydraulic system is used to ensure stable and reliable embossing, and the encoder tracks the sheets dividing in real-time, eliminating the problem of more or less sheets per package. When changing the production of products with different sheets, you only need to touch the screen to modify the sheets.

At the exhibition site, our company's palletizing robots and transport robots also attracted much attention and sparked widespread heated discussions!

 

The palletizing robot has a high degree of flexibility and accuracy. It can quickly adjust its posture and movement according to different product specifications and palletizing requirements to achieve efficient and neat palletizing operations. The transport  robot can accurately plan the path, intelligently identify obstacles, and ensure safe and efficient operation. The integrated use of intelligent robots provides strong support for enterprises to achieve intelligent transformation and upgrading and help building "unmanned factories".
