Main performance and structure features:

Under the action of hot air heating and convection in the oven section, the separator film volatilizes CH:Cl on

the surface, of which part of the gascous state is condensed into liquid, part of the uncondensed tail gas is used as

circulating drying gas, and the other part is discharged into the tail gas recovery system. We choose specially

customized coconut shell activated carbon, which has the advantages of large CH₂Cla adsorption capacity, high

purifieation efficieney and good hydrophobicity. In the form of horizontal adsorption tank, the carbon loading

capacity is large, the operation flexibility is high, the tail gas concentration of CH:Cla is less than 20mg/m',and

the recovery rate is more than 99.97%.
