Dry lamination is a process in which a layer of adhesive is coated on the film, dried through dryers, and then bonded with other lamination substrates (plastic film or aluminum foil) under heat and pressure to form a laminated film. Dry lamination is the most commonly used method in plastic flexible packaging printing and lamination materials. It is not only suitable for lamination between plastic films, but also suitable for lamination of plastic with aluminum foil, paper and other packaging materials. According to packaging requirements, two-layer, three-layer or four-layer lamination can be achieved, five or six layers lamination can be achieved for special packaging material.
